＊After the reservation is completed, an electronic voucher will be given, and the car used on the day will be reserved. The date and departure time cannot be changed three days before the trip, excluding the day of the tour.
＊Overtime/additional time fee: no price increase within half an hour; NT$600 within one hour. Overtime/extra time fee during Chinese New Year: NT$800 within one hour, please pay cash to the driver on the spot.
＊The driver’s information will be mailed to the passenger one day before departure; the driver will contact the passenger by phone to confirm the itinerary information; if the passenger cannot be contacted, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
＊If you choose to customize the itinerary, the difference will be charged depending on the route and the pick-up and drop-off locations, please pay to the driver on-site.
＊If the pick-up and drop-off location is not in Hsinchu City, Hsinchu Shuangtie Station, etc., additional fees will be charged according to the distance, and the driver will be paid in cash on the spot.
＊The Ministry of Communications stipulates that the number of passengers must not exceed the limit of the number of vehicles. If the number of passengers exceeds the limit on the day of departure, the company has the right to refuse to board and will not refund.
＊If the travel time ends early, no refund will be requested. If the boarding time is delayed due to passenger relations, the driver’s waiting time must be counted in the travel time. If the travel time exceeds the time limit, the driver will be paid in cash according to the amount of extra time.

＊After making an appointment, registration and payment, it means that you agree to cancel the system and regulations.
＊If the Epidemic Command Center announces that the alert level will be raised to level 3, it will take the initiative to notify the cancellation of the trip and give a full refund.

＊If you need to bring suitcases on the bus, please provide the size and quantity in the remarks (suitcases must be 18 inches or more). For strollers and folding wheelchairs, please provide the size, length, width and height to evaluate whether they can be placed.
＊In order to protect the cleanliness of the vehicle and the rights of other passengers, please be aware that pets are not allowed on board.
* Please pay attention to prohibited behaviors in the car: eating, smoking, wearing sunscreen, slipping on slippers, kicking the back of the chair, opening the window, spitting and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver immediately. If the items in the car are damaged or dirty, Compensation must be based on the price and cash must be paid to the driver on site.
*Passengers boarding at the airport/high-speed rail, because your car needs to enter the parking lot, if you are delayed for more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time, we will charge an airport parking fee of NT$40/high-speed rail NT$50. Please pay cash to the driver.
*If the itinerary cannot be reached due to weather, construction, etc., you can communicate with the driver to change the scenic spot. If the scenic spot is relatively remote, the driver will assess the additional fee. Please pay cash on site.
*The Ministry of Transportation stipulates that children under 4 years old must use a baby bed or safety seat; it is recommended that children aged 4-12 years old use a car booster cushion. Please note the child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. The first one is free, the second one costs NT300.
＊If the passenger's condition requires emergency rescue or other assistance from government agencies on the day, the driver and the company will try their best to assist in the follow-up, but will not be liable for any compensation. Please be informed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
