- The cruise leaves on time. Please arrive at the port 30 mins in advance; refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- The cruise implements crowd control and your selected session may turn out to be unavailable. Please provide backup sessions when booking and keep an eye on customer service's messages
- Admission is free for children aged under 4 years; proof of age (e.g. passport) is required. Please include the number of eligible children in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
- For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
- Guests may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification purposes; please carry a valid ID at all times
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The itinerary may be affected by weather and other factors; please ask the on-site staff about the itinerary details on the day of the tour
- Once a booking has been confirmed, requests for changes or cancellation will not be granted. Please double-check your selected date, traveler number, and ticket type before finalizing your booking

The cruise operates rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the cruise will remain dockside, but provide the full dining service. In this case, refunds would not be granted
Requests for a specific seat such as window table will not be granted. For safety reasons, the on-site staff will arrange seating for you
