- All items count as luggage no matter the size or weight. Even a small piece of plastic bag or oversized luggage is counted as one item. So please select the correct number of your stuff otherwise the extra fee will be applied.
- Please select the correct number of luggage when booking
- When booking, kindly provide your contact information (your local contact, if you have one) in the Note section for easy communication
- Luggage delivery to your hotel is scheduled for 9:00 pm. Please be aware that arrival time may vary based on daily traffic conditions. If you need to adjust the delivery time, please inform us in the Note section.
- To help Bellugg’s delivery staff identify your luggage, we recommend uploading a photo of your bags on Bellugg's official website. Stay updated on your delivery through their tracking service here
- Bellugg’s service is limited to accommodations within Bangkok and does not cover areas outside the city, such as Nonthaburi or Samut Prakan
- Please drop off your luggage at the airport no later than 5:00 pm. Any luggage dropped off after this time will be delivered to your designated hotel by 9:00 pm on the following day
- Kindly note that Rambuttri Village Inn is not within the delivery service range
- The service is not available in accommodations such as condominiums and Airbnb

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
