Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
Minimum group size: 6 people for daily events, 4 people for regular events. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of cancellation and refund will be processed no later than 2 days before the event.
We recommend wearing breathable long-sleeved clothing and avoiding clothing made of absorbent materials such as cotton and denim. Please also bring sunglasses and a sun hat to prevent sunburn.
We recommend bringing a full set of clean clothes to change into after the activity.
We recommend wearing strappy athletic sandals or river tracing shoes. Do not wear flip-flops to avoid being swept away by the water.
SUP activities require a lot of physical exertion, so please carefully assess your own abilities. Travelers with knee injuries, poor physical strength, or asthma are advised to avoid this trip.
For safety reasons, each person will be provided with a life jacket during the activity. Please make sure to wear it properly.
All activities are insured. Please follow the instructor's instructions during the experience. If you do not follow the instructor's instructions, in order to avoid accidents, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the activity and not refund the fee for the safety of both parties.
If the sea conditions are unfavorable on the day of the trip, the business has the right to cancel for safety reasons. Travelers may choose to postpone (limited to the current year) or receive a refund (after deducting insurance fees).
If the weather changes during the activity, the store will terminate the activity, and the traveler can make up the time on the next visit.
