I was so lucky to have such an excellent tour guide on this trip! Throughout the entire journey, she was friendly and polite, maintaining a consistently professional and enthusiastic attitude. She was incredibly attentive to both explaining the itinerary and taking care of the group members. Even when unexpected situations arose, she handled them patiently and meticulously, making the whole trip safe, enjoyable, and truly worthwhile. Highly recommended!

The weather was nice and we had bought our lift tickets in advance, so everything went smoothly. The staff member handling boarding and disembarking seemed overwhelmed when it got crowded, so I wondered if it would be possible to have two staff members at all times during peak season. However, we enjoyed the ride itself, as well as the cafes and souvenir shops, as a family. Thank you.
