Inner Harbor

The Inner Harbor is an important transportation hub in northern Vietnam. Noi Bai International Airport is located in Soc Son District, Hanoi City. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to the city. The best time to visit is autumn (September to November) or spring (March to April). This period is Hanoi's dry season and the most suitable season for tourism.
