The River of Love

The hotel includes breakfast, but the facilities are a bit old; the toilet door cannot be closed completely, and there are only three electrical outlets.

Conveniently located near the MRT station, it offers easy access to popular attractions such as Pier-2 Art Center and Love River. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff at the front desk, service center, and restaurant are excellent, making for a very pleasant stay.

My solo trip in November was blessed with beautiful weather. In the evening, I took a gondola ride, a more intimate way to explore the Love River. The river at night, illuminated by the buildings and lights along the banks, possessed a romantic beauty. Compared to walking, the gondola ride allowed me to feel the gentle rocking of the boat accompanied by the gondolier's (?) songs, offering a unique charm that was definitely worth the extra hundred-plus yuan.

Enjoying the paintings in a quiet and uncrowded setting at night, along with special autographs and photo opportunities with the artists, and delicious food prepared by the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, is a wonderful experience that will leave you wanting more.

The breakfast was great, and the pool had hot water; the water temperature was comfortable for swimming in November. The customer service button on the KKDay app could be more prominently displayed on the app screen. Also, it seems that messages between the computer and the app are not syncing.
