The contact information provided the day before was clear, the driver was friendly, and after picking up the luggage, I contacted him by phone. He quickly arrived at the designated pick-up/drop-off point and even helped put the luggage in the trunk. He navigated the route using Google Maps, was a good driver, and the car was comfortable and clean. He was also willing to let me know if I had any special needs. Overall, it was great value for money and highly recommended! 👍🏻

The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff were all very professional. The shuttle bus was also very convenient and thoughtfully designed. The rooms and hallways were clean and tidy. While the bathroom furnishings were a bit dated, they all worked perfectly and the layout was smooth. I liked everything very much; it was a rare moment of relaxation. I hope the business continues to thrive! 🙏

I've been here many times. It's conveniently located, the hot spring pool is large and very comfortable, and there's a rest area with drinks, coffee, sweet soup, and snacks after you've finished soaking. It's really thoughtful.

The driver (Ken) was very professional and polite, patiently guiding and accompanying us throughout the trip. He was also extremely precise in managing the time, making the itinerary very fulfilling and the atmosphere comfortable. Highly recommended! I would definitely ask Ken for his service again next time!

This place is perfect for bringing kids. The dinosaurs on site are beyond your imagination, and they're very interactive. There are even little dinosaurs running around the park (and being chased by the children!), which is so much fun. The only downside is that the souvenir shop's merchandise could be improved (it might be attractive to kids, but the items don't look very high-quality).
