Mt Cook year round climate
Spring (September – November): Average -37.9°F to 33.8°F. Temperatures gradually rise but remain severely cold. September is the month with relatively more rainfall throughout the year (though total amount is still low). Weather changes rapidly, high-altitude areas still have snow cover, and the air is dry.
