The driver arrived on time and thoughtfully offered to take a group photo for us. Communication, both before and during the trip, was smooth and efficient with customer service, making it a great choice for a worry-free trip to Ginzan Onsen.
We were very lucky; our family of five was the only one who signed up that day, so it felt a bit like a private tour. The travel agency even assigned us a friendly and lovely guide who was also from Taiwan! Kinshu-he Shrine isn't large, but it's very unique and is a shrine for praying for wealth! Many of our itinerary activities were moved up, and the travel agency even flexibly arranged for us to take a taxi instead of the shuttle bus to Ginzan—super kind! It saved us a lot of time! There weren't many crowds when we went to Ginzan Onsen, and we even had enough time to build a snowman! Seeing the long queues when we came down made me so glad I joined this great value tour!!
No one in the group was late; we set off immediately at 7:44 AM. Our first stop was Zao Snow Trees. The weather was great at the foot of the mountain, offering a panoramic view. At the summit, it was cold and windy, with slightly lower visibility, but we still managed to see the snow trees up close. In the afternoon, we visited Ginzan Onsen and enjoyed some beautiful scenery. The return trip was almost traffic-free, and we arrived at Sendai Station around 6:30 PM. It was a perfect day. Many thanks to our guide, Lili, and our very steady driver for making our trip smooth and safe.
