An experience I recommend to everyone! Yoshida-san and Kuno-san welcomed me with great kindness and enthusiasm and guided me through miso with great professionalism and warmth. The smiles of all the other people who work there also warmed my heart. The explanations about miso and the tour of the production facilities were very interesting, and the miso ball workshop was truly fun! I would do it again a thousand times over, and I hope more and more people learn about this wonderful experience. Top!
