Our family of five signed up for a day tour of Himeji Castle, Arima Onsen, and the night view of Mount Rokko. From the initial contact to the notification of the meeting point, everything was very thoughtful and meticulous. Our guide and driver, Mr. Han, was very friendly and courteous. We communicated smoothly in Chinese, and Mr. Han explained the itinerary clearly throughout the trip, specifying each arrival point. He provided an excellent service experience, and our family has wonderful memories! I highly recommend this tour; 10 hours in one day allows you to visit one of Japan's three most famous castles, one of its three most famous hot springs, and one of its three most famous night views – it felt like great value!
Taking the tour bus from Osaka is very convenient. The tour leader will be waiting for you at the agreed-upon point on time and will explain the precautions on the bus beforehand to avoid wasting unnecessary time on-site and to maximize your time playing in the snow. In addition to the basic equipment, you can purchase extra gear on-site if you don't want to prepare in advance, making it a great choice for families and beginners.
It's a good place for beginners, and the price isn't too expensive. There are lockers in the changing rooms, but you need to bring your own glasses, gloves, and hat. Remember to bring waterproof gloves!
The staff member, Basang, was very friendly and carefully explained all the precautions with great detail and patience! The snow in the Rokko Mountain ski resort's play area was a bit too hard, and although the children struggled to dig, they still didn't want to leave. The facilities and environment in the hot spring area were also very nice, and the limited-time strawberry soft serve was delicious!
Fun. The tour guide was great. Convenient transportation. I would recommend it if you had any travel plans.
