甜點師傅是用日文授課，停不懂也沒關係，有中文介紹單（這次是秋季）和電視螢幕播放操作步驟，食材都是半成品，只需負責組裝整型，總共做四種和菓子大約是一個小時。店舖樓下有販售很多日本和菓子，這次剛好遇到限定版栗子羊羹，沒那麼甜很好吃。
