Once the QR code has been scanned and the order is successfully downloaded, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
eSIM installation requires an Internet connection. Please install it when you have access to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (some airport Wi-Fi may cause installation failure).
It is recommended to scan and install the eSIM after arriving at your destination to avoid starting the validity period early. (Travelers heading to Turkey must install the eSIM before arrival.)
Before using the eSIM, be sure to turn off data roaming for your primary SIM card to avoid accidental usage of your home network, which may result in high international roaming charges. You are responsible for any such costs, and no additional subsidies, including roaming fees, overseas SIM/eSIM purchase costs, or transportation expenses, will be provided.
iOS 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS feature eSIM functionality.
Samsung phone compatibility varies by region. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check with the official Samsung website first.
Please be aware that signal quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
To maintain network quality and adhere to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies worldwide may implement traffic control for users who consume large amounts of data in a short period, which may result in loss of Internet access or slower speeds. To ensure stable connectivity, please avoid long-term video streaming or downloading, software updates, mobile hotspot sharing, or other high-data-consumption activities.
Modified devices, 3G phones, translation devices, and phones without eSIM functionality are not supported.

1. Upon arrival at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and enable only the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the APN for the eSIM (the APN is usually identified automatically; if not, you will need to set it manually).
