Additional Baby Seats
The first baby seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat will incur an extra fee of 2,000 JPY, payable in cash to the driver on the day. Please note the required quantity when placing your order.
Overtime Fee
The daily usage time is 10 hours. Exceeding this will incur an overtime fee, payable in cash to the driver on the day. For 7-10 seater vehicles, the fee is 5,000 JPY per hour; any time exceeding 30 minutes will be charged as a full hour.
Itinerary Adjustments
If you need to add more locations to your itinerary, please book an existing plan first and pay the additional fee to the driver in cash on-site (approximately 5,000 JPY; please note your requested itinerary when booking, and the exact amount will be confirmed by customer service).
Cleaning Fee
If the vehicle is severely soiled during the trip (e.g., vomiting, lingering odors, or other situations requiring professional cleaning), a cleaning fee of 25,000 JPY will be charged.

To ensure the driver can contact you and protect your rights, please be sure to check your KKday messages after placing your order.
If the total duration of the private charter car on the day of travel exceeds the originally confirmed time (including traffic jams, etc.), an extra overtime fee must be paid to the driver on-site.
To ensure a smoother trip on the day of travel, the driver may suggest return times based on traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
