- Fee details and explanation
• Night service surcharge: For rides between 21:00 and 07:00 Japan time, an additional driver service fee of ¥5,000 per hour will be charged.
- Service fee for areas outside the designated area
• If the destination is outside the agreed service coverage area, additional charges will be applied based on the actual mileage and time. Please be sure to consult and confirm before placing your order.
- Child car seat
• The first child seat can be provided free of charge (you must inform us and make an appointment in advance).

- Baggage and Passenger Regulations
