Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Height, weight, shoe size, and age of all participants. *If you don't know these, please let us know via Activity Japan message after booking. ●Target age: 3 to 59 years old
• Question 2: After your reservation, we will send you a final confirmation message via Activity Japan. If there are any discrepancies between the plan page and the details, the final confirmation message will take precedence. It contains important information such as participation conditions and cancellation policy, so please be sure to check it. If you agree, please reply with "Yes"!
• Question 3: This plan requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the number of people in your reservation falls below the minimum number required for the plan, you will be charged for the missing person on the day of the tour. Therefore, we do not accept reservations for only one person. Please review the above information and answer "Yes" if you agree.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs in such cases.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• Please note that the following conditions are not applicable: ○ Heart and circulatory diseases ○ Epilepsy, neurological and brain diseases ○ Lung and respiratory diseases ○ Mental and behavioral disorders ○ Asthma ○ Diabetes ○ Pregnancy If you have any other illnesses, medical history, major surgery history, hospitalization history, or are currently taking any prescription medications, please contact us in advance. This plan has an age limit, so customers who do not meet the age requirement cannot make a reservation. If it is discovered after a reservation that a participant is outside the age limit, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy, so please check in advance.

Other special notes:

• ・During the summer months, due to the heat, we require you to wear a life jacket over your swimsuit while snorkeling. If you are concerned about sunburn, please bring your own rash guard or other protective gear. ・Depending on sea conditions and booking status, if it is difficult to enter the sea from the planned beach, we may offer a boat tour instead. In that case, an additional 2000 yen per person will be charged for the boat ride on site. Please note that cancellations after confirming your participation will incur a cancellation fee based on our cancellation policy. ・Depending on booking status, if there are already many other bookings for boat tours, it may be difficult to offer beach snorkeling. ・Towel sandals are limited in number. We prioritize customers who contact us after booking. ・The free photo and video option includes 20 photos and 1 video. You can add the unlimited photo and video option for 2200 yen. If you wish to add this option, please let us know after booking or on the day of the tour. Payment is cash only on site. If your mobile phone/smartphone does not have enough storage space, we may not be able to transfer the photos and videos immediately after the tour. Approximately 3GB of storage space is required.・This plan includes free feeding. One piece of fu (wheat gluten) is provided free of charge per group, but if you would like to feed more, additional fu is available as an option for 200 yen. ・If you do not have a swimsuit, you can use your own clothes that can get wet. ・The tour can be held even in rainy weather, but in the event of poor sea conditions, we may need to discuss changing the diving/snorkeling point. If the tour is unavoidably canceled, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the location. ・If you are late due to traffic congestion, flight or bus delays, or your own troubles, the time you spend in the water may be shortened, or we may not be able to guide you into the water or you may not be able to board the boat. In such cases, it will be considered your fault, so please allow ample time to arrive. ・We will primarily communicate with overseas customers in Japanese. If, due to booking circumstances, an instructor who speaks your preferred language is not available, we will use a translation app. ・For cancellations due to customer reasons, the cancellation policy will apply.
