- 00:00Meeting point. After booking, depending on the conditions, meet at the shop or the event venue.
- 00:15Changing clothes. During the summer months, you can participate wearing only your own swimsuit. If necessary, you can change into a rental wetsuit (free of charge).
- 01:00Experience: We will provide basic instruction on paddling techniques and safety precautions at the beach. Afterwards, you can freely cruise along a course guided by our staff.
- 01:15Shower. If you wish, you can take a shower and change clothes in the shower room.
- 01:30Feeling refreshed! You can also use the hair dryer in the changing room. Thank you for your hard work!
