In the event of flight delays or cancellations, we may adjust the bus departure time as an emergency measure. Furthermore, if a flight delay or cancellation makes it impossible for you to board the bus on the day you had planned to use the service, we may offer to transfer you to a flight on the following day or later, or to other means of transportation (you will be responsible for any costs incurred). However, please note that in such circumstances, we are not responsible for arranging a transfer or securing an alternative means of transportation.

Service may be suspended or delayed due to road or weather conditions.

If it is deemed that your flight connection is not possible, we may suggest alternative means of transportation, such as stopping off at the nearest JR station. Please note that any costs incurred in this regard will be borne by the customer.

The vehicle will generally be a large, medium or small bus depending on the number of people in your reservation, but may be a jumbo taxi or small taxi depending on circumstances.

Seats are unreserved. Please note that we may ask you to assign a seat if the bus is fully booked. Please cooperate by fastening your seat belt.

Please note that we ask that you refrain from riding the bus in ski or snowboard boots as they are slippery and very dangerous.

The luggage that can be stored in the trunk of the vehicle is limited to ski equipment and one other piece of luggage.

If you are bringing skis or snowboards, please put them in a special bag or case. This may cause damage to your luggage when loading or unloading the bus or in the trunk while traveling, so we ask for your cooperation.
