  • The price is not applicable during public holidays (New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, April 30 – May 1, and September 2). Holiday pricing periods may vary depending on each destination. Payment is made on site.

  • Please make your reservation at least 1 day in advance to ensure seat availability.
  • After booking, Rooty Trip’s customer service team will contact you via Zalo / WhatsApp / Email to confirm your tour details and hotel pickup time.
  • Guests are required to provide full name, phone number, and hotel address for pickup arrangement.
  • E-voucher is valid only for the selected date. No cancellation or refund after the tour departs.
  • In case of bad weather (such as rough sea or heavy rain), Rooty Trip will notify you promptly and offer a free reschedule or full refund.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 23:59). Notifications will then be sent via email
