Surcharge(s)

Night surcharge

For departures between 21:00 and 07:00, a night surcharge will apply. Please select your desired pick-up and drop-off time when placing your order.

Overtime waiting fee

After the free waiting time of 30 minutes, a fee of 3000 yen will be charged every 15 minutes, payable directly to the driver in cash. If you fail to board the vehicle on time and do not contact the driver, the driver has the right to leave without a refund.

From the second child seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. For each additional child seat, there will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen. Please be sure to note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip.
