First, please try our "Assorted Sashimi" to experience the deliciousness of fresh fish first-hand. We take out the fish from the fish tank inside the restaurant, cook it in front of the customers, and serve it to them. Another feature of our restaurant is that we can provide fish that are usually difficult to procure, thanks to a long-standing relationship that has continued from our predecessor. If you consult with us in advance, we will do our best to prepare the fish of your choice. We also have a wide selection of dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients, such as grilled and simmered dishes.

We have a selection of brands to go with the cuisine, including "Kokuryu" and "Iso Jiman," which are sure to please even the most avid sake enthusiasts. We carefully select the best sake of the season, such as "Hakutsuru Mizore Sake," which is perfect for the hot summer. We also have small bottles in single serving sizes, so you can enjoy the freshness of the drink just after it has been opened. We offer six varieties of barley and six varieties of potato shochu, as well as premium shochu. We also have the rare chestnut shochu "Dabada Hiburi" and Ryukyu awamori "Zanpa," so please enjoy your favorite drink.

The restaurant's interior is a Japanese-modern space enveloped in warm lighting, creating an appealing atmosphere where adults can relax and unwind. There are counter seats where women can casually enjoy drinking alone, table seats for up to 12 people, and semi-private rooms for a more private feel. In addition, the restaurant can be rented out for private use for up to 24 people. There is also a full ala carte menu, making it perfect for everyday use, such as when you want to drop in for a drink after work. Combined with our courses, we also recommend you use our restaurant for special occasions such as anniversaries and business entertainment.

Fresh vegetables are prepared in different ways depending on the season, from thickened sauce to tempura, and are prepared with great care and attention to detail. We also have a wide selection of refined meat dishes, such as seared Kyoto duck, which has good meat quality and strong flavor, and Saga beef steak. For banquets, please enjoy our course meals filled with our signature dishes. We have plans to suit your budget, from appetizers to sashimi, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes.
