【Important information】
・The distance of the itinerary must be within 300 kilometers.
・If you have a lot of luggage or larger luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable car type so that it can carry all the luggage. Additional expenses incurred due to failure to comply with the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage recommended by the vehicle model must be borne by the passenger.
・Japanese law stipulates that children under 6 years old must ride in child safety seats. Please be sure to inform the number of children in advance (child safety seats occupy approximately 1-1.5 adult seats). If the number of children exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, the driver will terminate the service on the same day and no refund will be given.
・Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving the ID, please turn on the add friend setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time.)
・If the pick-up location is an inter-area service between Osaka/Kyoto City, there may be a garage return fee of 3,000 yen/one way.
・If the first preferred driver language or car type of the order is unavailable after placing the order, we will contact you separately to coordinate rescheduling or cancellation. Please understand.
・If you need a child safety seat, the first child safety seat is provided free of charge. For the second child safety seat, please pay 2,000 yen to the driver on site.
・If the car usage exceeds ten hours, every 30 minutes exceeded will be counted as one hour. For 5-6 and 9-seater cars, the fee is 5,000 yen per hour / for 13-seater and above cars, 10,000 yen per hour.
・If the pick-up and drop-off are not in the same area (for example: Osaka pick-up/Kyoto drop-off), an inter-area service fee will be charged, and there may be a garage return fee of 3,000 yen/one way.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
