[Cancellation Policy Guide]

• All cancellation requests are processed during weekday business hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM KST). Even if you request a cancellation on a public holiday (including local holidays) or weekend (Saturday, Sunday), the request will be processed on the following day or Monday.
• The cancellation period is applied based on the departure date (=selected date), excluding weekends and public holidays. (Example: If you request a cancellation on Wednesday for a Sunday departure, refunds are not available based on the 3-day limit.)
  - Cancellation up to 7 days prior to departure: Full refund
  - Cancellation 6 to 4 days prior to departure: Refund after deducting 50% of the product price
  - Cancellation 3 days prior to departure or on the day of departure: No full refund
• If a traveler requests cancellation after a reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the special terms and conditions set by the vendor. The terms and conditions below (Special Provisions under Article 6 of the Overseas Travel Terms and Conditions) are strictly based on the date of purchase. Further changes or refunds are difficult once the date has been changed.
  
  

[Important Notes Regarding Insurance]

• To enroll in local Taiwan vehicle insurance and travel insurance (death, injury), it is mandatory to provide accurate Korean/English names, dates of birth, and passport numbers for all tour participants in the relevant fields when making a reservation. (Example: Hong Gil-dong/HONG GILDONG/19451223/M000000)
• If essential information is not entered or inaccurate information is provided, you will not be able to purchase local Taiwan 1-day travel insurance or vehicle insurance. We assume absolutely no responsibility for any failure to purchase insurance due to this.
• The local 1-day travel insurance and vehicle insurance in Taiwan covers injury and death only on the day of the tour and is valid only within Taiwan. Loss of belongings or damage is not covered, but injury is covered if treated at a Taiwanese hospital.
• You may individually purchase additional travel insurance in Korea that offers more comprehensive coverage.
• If information is not submitted by 11:00 AM (business days) two days prior to the tour, insurance enrollment may not be possible.

[Tour Information]

After the first meeting at Ximen Station, the same bus and guide will move to Main Station for a second meeting, followed by the final departure from Main Station. (The meeting times at Ximen Station and Main Station are different. Please be sure to check the itinerary of the product you purchased.)

※ The tour may be cancelled if it becomes difficult to proceed due to natural disasters or local conditions following confirmation. (We will contact you separately only in the event of a cancellation.)

※ We do not contact you via KakaoTalk prior to the tour. We absolutely never open a chat room before the tour.

※ On the day of the tour, as other customers will be waiting, we will depart immediately without contacting you if you are late.

※ If you turned off the "Allow adding friends by phone number" feature on KakaoTalk during the tour, please turn it on on the day of the tour so that you can be added as a friend by phone number.

※ The time in the product name is the final departure time, and the meeting time varies by location. Please be sure to check the itinerary of the purchased product. In the event of a no-show due to incorrect verification, date changes or refunds are strictly not possible.

※ On the day of the tour, a guide will be at the meeting point holding a "Good Tour" sign. After verifying the list using your name and phone number, we will provide you with the bus number and assigned guide.

※ Guide information will be provided at the meeting point on the day of the tour.

※ Please be punctual for the bus departure time.

※ Seat assignments are not available and are on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot change your assigned seat. You may be seated separately from your group during the tour. Since seating is important to everyone, neither the guide nor we can interfere with this matter, so we ask for your understanding.

※ Meals are not included, so please arrange for your own meals or purchase snacks during the tour.

※ Luggage can be stored on the bus

• The time in the product name is the final departure time. Departure and meeting times vary by location, so please be sure to check the itinerary of the purchased product (date changes and refunds are not possible for no-shows due to failure to check).
  
• This product can be booked for one person or more, and the tour departs with a minimum of one person.
• You may meet at either of the two designated locations; there is no need to specify a location. As this is a group tour, please strictly adhere to the meeting time. Afterward, you may be dropped off at any location on the itinerary.
• The Jinguashi Gold Museum is closed on the first Monday of every month, and Jinguashi (Miner's Lunchbox) tours operate as usual, except on special dates.
• Under Taiwan's tourism laws, there are instances where tour vehicles are not permitted for travel to Jiufen (Jinguashi). In such cases, please use public transportation. (*Please be sure to read the public transportation guide below!)
• The order and timing of the above schedule are subject to change on the day of the tour due to local conditions and traffic.
• Date changes must be requested at least 5 days (business days) prior to the tour date. (Subject to seat availability)
• Reservation confirmations and cancellations are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM KST) and are not available on public holidays or weekends. Reservation or cancellation requests made on public holidays or weekends will be processed on Monday.
  
  

[Public Transportation Guide for Traveling Between Jinguashi and Jiufen]

• Under tourism laws, the entry of general buses is restricted, and vehicle restrictions apply to all tour operators.
• After parking the tour vehicle at a parking lot near Jinguashi, travel to Jinguashi and Jiufen by public transportation. (A guide will accompany you.)
• Drop off the tour vehicle at the parking lot → Travel to Jinguashi using public transportation → Travel to Jiufen using public transportation → Return to the parking lot and board the tour vehicle (Total of 3 public transportation uses)
• It takes approximately 15 minutes from the parking lot to Jiufen, and the one-way fare is 15 TWD. Public transportation fares are the responsibility of the individual (free for children under 6 years old), so please bring cash to pay on-site.
• Applicable days: Weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, and weekdays with heavy traffic (determined by the Tourism Bureau based on local conditions).
• If traffic restrictions are lifted, tour vehicles will be used without moving to the parking lot. Additionally, even if traffic restrictions are in place, tour agency vehicles will be used for travel to Yehliu, Shifen, Shifen Waterfall, the parking lot (near Jiufen), and Taipei.
