Pingxi

I originally only expected a driver, but they also provided a thorough guide, which I greatly appreciated. They used a tablet to provide information in the car beforehand, which allowed us to have more time at the locations, and that was wonderful. Instead of staying with us the whole time, they took photos at key points, and then we had free time, which allowed us plenty of family time. The shops and restaurants they recommended were excellent. I only intended to visit the major spots like Jiufen and Shifen, but the village with lots of cats they took us to along the way was surprisingly enjoyable.

Spring was an excellent tour guide who was at ease with both adults and kids. He provided enough information during the trip including detailed explanations. The trip allowed us to see a number of attractions although would have preferred to have a bit more than 1 hour at the Geopark

We had such an unforgettable experience in Cingjing Farm and Hehuanshan thanks to our driver Weiwei. His driving skills is top notch. We all slept almost all the way in the winding road to Hehuanshan:) He gave lots of good recommendations that has made our trip very enjoyable.

My daughter can speak Chinese, so we didn't choose a driver who spoke Japanese, but the driver kindly used translation software to explain everything clearly so everyone could understand. We were able to see Queen's Head, which I thought we wouldn't have time to see, and we also enjoyed releasing sky lanterns in Shifen and having tea in Jiufen. Thank you so much!
