- Get your hands on your portable Wi-Fi device before you even depart - delivered within three (3) working days before your trip
- Delivery time is between 10:00 am–10:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays
- Our local courier ensures prompt delivery, though a specific time cannot be requested
— Drop Off/Return Information —
- Immediately return the device after your trip by placing it in your shipment's pre-paid return mailer bag and dropping it in a nearby SingPost mailbox
- The device must be returned within seven (7) days after your travel end date
- Please note that an SGD 200 fee will be imposed if the device is not returned or there are 7 days of non-usage

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend ordering at least seven (7) working days before your travel date

Please return the device within seven (7) days of your trip's end date

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
