  3. This voucher cannot be used to purchase meal vouchers, gift certificates, snack vouchers, coffee vouchers, etc. 
  4. Please present this voucher before checkout. Redemption via handwritten or verbal serial numbers is not accepted. 
  5. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other restaurant promotional offers, including Hi-Lai Foods co-branded card discounts. 
  6. This voucher cannot be redeemed if it is expired or invalid. 
  7. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or change. The face value can be used multiple times until the balance reaches 0. 
  8. The amount recorded on the electronic gift voucher is fully guaranteed by DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. from the date of sale/top-up, with a guarantee period of one year from the date of sale/top-up. 
  9. This voucher has no expiration date. If it remains unused or exceeds the specified supply period (serial number validity period), the original purchaser may apply for a refund through the online channel where it was purchased by presenting the invoice. If a refund is confirmed, the issuer reserves the right to charge a 3% fee of the returned amount as a handling fee.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
