- High-speed rail seats are assigned by the system, and the continuity of seats, designated seats and carriages cannot be guaranteed.
- High-speed rail reservations are open 29 days before the departure date. Orders can be placed before the 29th, but high-speed rail seats are not guaranteed.
- Since high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the travel date), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you may flexibly book tickets for up to Sunday. If your travel date exceeds the available booking period, our booking staff will prioritize reserving the train of your choice once bookings open. However, final seat availability will depend on the actual allocation by our staff.
- Due to the different system attributes of regions and suppliers, if you have special needs, please put them forward when the order is placed. - Note: According to the regulations on high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must handle the refund and exchange together. - Due to administrative working hours, the cancellation policy will be based on the text description below on KKday. - If a high-speed rail ticket has been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20/ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- Departure date (not included), more than eight days, free cancellation. Departure date (not included), if you notify the change or cancel the order within seven to four days before the departure date (not included), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (not included), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the day of departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
