1. Self-service Ticket Exchange

  • Go to the green ticket vending machines marked with the "PASSPORT" icon at applicable stations to exchange for a physical ticket

2. Manual Ticket Exchange 

  • Go to the JR West Green Window and present the electronic exchange coupon (eMCO) and personal passport to exchange for a physical ticket 
  • Requires order voucher and passport verification

3. Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or green ticket machine before using

  • How to redeem
  • If all reserved seats are fully booked or you have not exchanged for a reserved seat in advance, you can use the rail pass directly for non-reserved seats
  • For rail passes that allow unlimited reserved seat exchanges, from the 7th exchange onward, you must make a manual reservation at a Green Window. It cannot be done directly at a machine
