- If you intend to enter the national park ecological protection area via the Xueshan Trailhead for mountaineering, please first apply for an entry permit via the 'Taiwan National Park Entry Application Service Website'. After obtaining the entry and mountain permits, you must watch the mountaineering safety video and have your documents verified at the trailhead service station before entry.

Xueshan is the second highest peak in Taiwan and the highest peak in the Xueshan Mountains. Whether you are hiking alone or taking a leisurely multi-day walk to the Snow Mountains, you can purchase a mountaineering transfer to solve the traffic problem and start a pleasant mountaineering trip.
The east peak of Snow Mountain is about 5 kilometers one way. It is one of the 100 peaks for beginners. The slope of the forest road in the first half is gentle. After passing Qika Villa, it will gradually become steeper, but the view will also become wider. From the top of the mountain, you can also overlook the Four Beauties of Wuling and the Nanhu Group. Add a second pick-up point
Chartered mountaineering shuttle: Adding a second pick-up and drop-off location will cost an additional $300/trip within 3 kilometers of the same county and city limit, and 50 yuan for 1 kilometer if it exceeds 3 kilometers, and so on. (Cross-county and city counting starts after leaving the interchange)

Since the downhill time is different for each person, if you are used to walking slowly, please start early and be sure to arrive before the return driving time.
The minimum number of people in the carpool package is 4 people. When the number of participants does not reach the above-mentioned minimum number of people in the group, the tour will be cancelled, and an e-mail notification of the cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.

The activity time on the day of the itinerary may change due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, and no refunds will be made. Please forgive me.
Chartered mountaineering shuttle/carpooling: Some itineraries need to be transferred to local high-chassis shuttle buses, and you need to contact and book by yourself, which is not included in this fee.
If the Central Meteorological Administration issues a typhoon, heavy rain report, or the closure of the national park, due to the epidemic situation, the government has upgraded to three or more reasons, and you can apply for a full refund or postponement (those who choose to postpone cannot request a refund), if you need to apply for a full refund 10% handling fee will be charged.
Chartered car mountaineering connection: In case of snowy weather, the car must be equipped with snow chains for self-absorption, and the cost is mainly based on the charges of the local snow chain operator.
Carpooling: If the car needs to be equipped with snow chains in snowy weather, the fee will be absorbed according to the number of passengers, and the cost will be based on the charges of the local snow chain operator.
The driver of the chartered mountaineering shuttle to/return will stop at the rest stop along the way for everyone to go to the toilet and do simple shopping (an extra charge of $300/1H will be charged for those who stay for more than one hour or hold a celebration banquet).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
