Because it was winter, the weather was very comfortable. Our guide, Roy, gave a detailed explanation. At Rama IV's summer palace, we saw a unique building that wasn't open to the public. We asked Roy, but she didn't know either, as it had never been open to the public. However, she still helped us ask the local staff and learned that it was the summer palace's former meeting room. The drive was quite long, but our driver, Robin, remained enthusiastic and smiling. Most importantly, he drove very steadily and even provided free bottled water, which wasn't mentioned in the KK Day contract. -- However, this tour included many entrance fees, and these costs added up to a considerable amount, which guests had to pay separately. Otherwise, the seafood restaurant lunch and the takeaway mango sticky rice were really delicious.
I used their service to get me from Suvarnabhumi Airport to my hotel in Rayong Province. I only had in mind that I needed to go between gates 3 and 4, and ended up outside the building by mistake. It was a big mistake, even though they had provided a photo and explanation beforehand. I was able to meet the staff member safely, and the driver arrived outside the gate in about 15 minutes. The two and a half hour ride to Rayong was very comfortable. It was the New Year holidays, and we were traveling a long distance with a family of four and four suitcases, so it was reassuring to be able to make a reservation in advance.
The driver was professional and very cooperative and communicative. The car was clean. Highly recommended.
