The itinerary was packed with activities, and my favorite part was watching the elephants bathe on a long-tail boat – it was so novel and fun! The boat noodles for lunch were also delicious and inexpensive! Our guide, Minmin, was very friendly and helpful, and she speaks fluent Mandarin! However, the weather was very hot, so I recommend that those who want to participate bring some cooling items!

I used their service to get me from Suvarnabhumi Airport to my hotel in Rayong Province. I only had in mind that I needed to go between gates 3 and 4, and ended up outside the building by mistake. It was a big mistake, even though they had provided a photo and explanation beforehand. I was able to meet the staff member safely, and the driver arrived outside the gate in about 15 minutes. The two and a half hour ride to Rayong was very comfortable. It was the New Year holidays, and we were traveling a long distance with a family of four and four suitcases, so it was reassuring to be able to make a reservation in advance.

Our tour guide, Ah Chai, was humorous and provided cultural background information during the tour. The driver was skilled, and the journey there and back took about an hour, allowing for a good rest. KKday's online customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. The trip wasn't too rushed, and all the attractions were interesting and photogenic. The tour ended just right, without being too tiring. We arrived back in the city around 6:30 PM, allowing time to browse the department stores.
