At the Chimelong Hotel, the staff assisted in upgrading to the Exploring Family Room in the second building, which was a bit old but clean and comfortable. After seeing the animals, we can take the shuttle bus back to the hotel, which is very convenient. The circus shows are brilliant and hotel guests have a dedicated area with better views. The buffet dinner has a rich selection of food, not very high-end quality, but very tasty.

The rooms are fully equipped, especially with amenities for children such as slippers and toiletries. The Spaceship Park is a large indoor playground, sheltered from sun and rain. There are countless shows, marine life attractions, and various rides and activities; you really need to allow plenty of time to watch and enjoy them. The shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom is very convenient. Free luggage storage is available, unaffected by check-in/check-out times, allowing you to play to your heart's content. As for dining, the selection is limited, and prices are higher than outside restaurants. It's a suitable place for a family outing.

The park has a good variety of animals and is relatively clean with minimal animal odor. There weren't too many visitors on the day I visited, so there wasn't much queuing time at any of the areas. The miniature train is a must-do, although you should expect to queue for over an hour.

Prior booking here, I’ve checked with many companies if they can allow 3 pax with 6 luggages. Most rules is only 2-4 luggages for 7-seater car. This company is the only flexible with rules, the 7 seater is so luxurious and it can fit in our luggages without giving us much problem.
