Private point-to-point transfer package: Round-trip or one-way private transfer between hotels/B&Bs in Nagoya city. You can specify your preferred time within the operating hours.
Operating hours: 08:00–20:00. Overtime fees apply after 20:00, and a late-night service fee applies between 20:00 and 08:00. Please contact Customer Support if you need to start or end the trip outside of Nagoya city.
Overtime fees: Fees apply for services outside 20:00-08:00 (see Extra Fees).
Departure point: Nagoya (please contact Customer Support for transfers outside this area).

Driver language: Chinese/Japanese (translation tools can be used for other languages).
- Comfortable 7-seater: Max. 5 passengers in an Alphard or equivalent (4 pieces of 24-inch luggage).
If no luggage is carried, it can seat up to 6 passengers.
- Comfortable 10-seater: Max. 9 passengers in a Hiace or equivalent (9 pieces of 24-inch luggage).
For every passenger less than the maximum capacity, one additional 24-inch piece of luggage can be accommodated.

Equipment Damage & Loss Fee Policy
Vehicle damage and cleaning fees
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or third-party vehicles due to personal reasons. Cleaning fees will be charged to the passenger for vomiting on carpets or seats, or if seats or carpets are soiled by children.
Waiting time overtime fee
Free waiting time: 30 minutes for hotel pickups. An overtime fee of JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes applies thereafter. Overtime and excess mileage fees must be paid to the driver in cash.
Late-night service fee
A late-night service fee (JPY 5,000/hour) applies for services between 22:00 and 08:00.
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
This is a transfer service only. It does not include tours or admission tickets to Ghibli Park.
Child seat policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance transfers. According to Japanese traffic law (Road Traffic Act Enforcement Order - Article 26-3-2, Paragraph 3, Item 6), child seats are not required for point-to-point transfers, so you can travel with peace of mind.
If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service without a refund.

This is a point-to-point one-way transfer service. Luggage storage is not available after the vehicle reaches the destination and passengers have disembarked, and luggage cannot be left inside the vehicle.
