In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 14:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

This tour is primarily a local tour for Japanese speakers. The tour conductor will communicate in Japanese, but necessary information will be provided in English/Chinese in writing. In case of emergencies, we will use translation apps on tablet devices.

At the meeting point, our staff will be waiting for you holding a 'Hankyu Travel' sign (board or flag). Please check the course name and complete the check-in process under the representative's name. Please note that check-in can only be completed once all members of your party have arrived. / The meeting time is in Japan Standard Time and must be strictly observed. Even if you do not arrive by the meeting time, we and the tour conductor will not contact you, and the tour will depart as scheduled.

This course does not include a guide. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (they will not act as a sightseeing guide). Sightseeing brochures distributed by the tour conductor are generally in Japanese.

Depending on the number of participants, you may be required to share seats or sit in front/back rows on the bus or at the lunch venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Children aged 6 and over are charged the same as adults. The infant fare (3-5 years old) only includes the bus seat. Sightseeing admission fees, etc., are to be paid by the individual. *The optional Amanohashidate scenic tour is 1000 yen.

The bus company used may change due to vehicle malfunctions or the driver's health on the day of departure (changes due to these reasons are exempt from liability).

The above schedule may be subject to change regarding the itinerary, sightseeing spots, order of visits, meal contents, and return time due to transportation schedules (buses, etc.), weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc. Also, the meeting time is in Japan Standard Time and must be strictly observed. Even if you do not arrive by the meeting time, we and the tour conductor will not contact you, and the tour will depart as scheduled.

Meal contents may vary depending on the season. The origin of the tagged Matsuba crab is at the discretion of our company. Crab dishes other than the whole tagged Matsuba crab will be imported. Lunch is scheduled between 11:00 and 14:00, but this may shift due to traffic, etc.

Please note that face towels and bath towels for bathing are not provided, so please bring your own. Additional fees are required for visiting public hot springs.

Please note that departures during the year-end and New Year holidays may be significantly delayed due to traffic congestion. Snowy scenery may not be visible depending on the weather.
