What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- Once booked, dates/number of people/ticket types/room types cannot be changed. Please confirm all details, including the number of participants and ticket specifications, before finalizing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
- THSR seats are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you have a need for consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks field, though actual arrangements will still be subject to the system's seat assignment.
- If you need to change your train, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Changes are limited to one time only; no changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- THSR bookings open 29 days before the departure date. You may place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that THSR seats will be secured.
- Since THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, tickets can flexibly be booked up to Sunday. If your requested travel date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train once tickets become available, but this is subject to the actual seat availability confirmed by the staff.
- Due to differences in regional and supplier systems, please submit any special requests at the time of order. We will forward your request to the supplier, but fulfillment depends on the supplier's tour status. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by itinerary; any on-site surcharges are subject to the service provider's policy.
- Purchasing a 'child without bed' option only covers insurance and administrative fees. If a THSR ticket is required, please select it when choosing the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be settled on-site.
- Child without bed: This means the child does not occupy a separate bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child without bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds is allowed (please refer to each product's child definition for additional restrictions). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for our order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher to signify a successful booking. If you have any concerns, please do not place the order.
Reminders
Before purchasing this product, please read the booking instructions and related agreements carefully. If the purchaser is not the traveler, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the traveler of the itinerary. Once you click to agree, the booking instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the traveler. We will not accept any claims of ignorance or lack of understanding as a defense after the fact.
This package requires a minimum of 20 people to proceed. THSR reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met.
The tour leader may adjust the order of the itinerary based on factors such as the number of participants, local festivals, or weather conditions on the day.
If you have purchased a 'Concession/Senior Ticket', please ensure you carry valid identification on the day of departure for inspection by THSR station staff. If you fail to present valid ID or if there is any discrepancy, THSR reserves the right to deny boarding. You will be required to purchase a new ticket to travel, and the original THSR Go ticket cannot be refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations for any two of these locations (e.g., if the arrival station is Taipei, you cannot depart from Nangang or Banqiao).
The price includes one round-trip THSR standard car reserved seat ticket. The travel date must coincide with the hotel check-in or tour departure date. A single order is limited to the same departure and destination stations, and must be for the same train. If you require a delayed return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. This package includes round-trip tickets and cannot be partially refunded for a single leg.
This THSR ticket is a discounted fare valid only for the specified date and train. It is non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost, so please keep it safe. Any tickets that are altered, damaged to the point of being unreadable, or photocopied will be considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's policy. For itineraries including accommodation, promotional room types are limited in quantity; actual available room types depend on sales status and cannot be changed to other types.
For pre-orders departing 29 days or more in advance, please specify 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual confirmed train times will be subject to the reply from our customer service staff.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the THSR station.
- THSR bookings are only available for dates within 29 days of the departure date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, we will book your tickets and send them out once the booking window opens.
- All passengers in the same booking must board and alight at the same stations; it is not possible to board or alight at different stations.
- THSR Holiday tickets are special project tickets with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be provided for getting off at intermediate stations, and you must pay the fare difference according to official THSR announcements if you travel beyond the specified stations.
- THSR Holiday tickets are discounted tickets and are valid only for the specified train on the scheduled date.
- THSR Holiday Cancellation Notes -
- According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, no single leg of the journey can be refunded.
- All refunds must be processed through KKday. THSR station ticket counters cannot handle refund or exchange requests.
- Note: Per THSR Holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people are booked under the same order, any refund or exchange must be processed for the entire group. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted, and a processing fee will be charged for all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- THSR Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- Please contact KKday customer service first if you need to cancel your order.
- Due to administrative processing times, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below. Cancellation requests are only accepted daily between 08:30 and 16:00. Requests submitted after these hours will be considered as having been submitted on the following day.
- If the THSR tickets have already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (a round-trip ticket counts as 2 tickets).
- Cancellations made more than 8 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) are free of charge. For changes or cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
- For changes or cancellations made within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a 70% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
- For changes or cancellations made on the departure date, a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.
- (Example: For a departure on 12/8, changes or cancellations made by 11/30 are free; changes or cancellations made between 12/1 and 12/4 will incur a 30% fee; changes or cancellations made between 12/5 and 12/7 will incur a 70% fee.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
