Infant/Child Policy: Infants aged 2 and under can join for free, provided they do not occupy a seat and do not require meals or tickets. If a seat is required, please purchase at the adult price. Each adult is limited to bringing one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an infant, please specify the number of infants in the 'Remarks' section of your order.
Each person is entitled to one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit (please inform us in advance when booking; if not notified in advance and the vehicle becomes overcrowded, the driver/guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given). Excess luggage will be charged at 2000 JPY per piece on-site.
Leaving the tour group without permission is prohibited. If you leave the group midway, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the tour and the termination of the transaction; no refunds will be provided. You will be solely responsible for any personal or property losses resulting from this action.
In accordance with Japanese labor regulations, the maximum daily working hours for drivers is 10 hours. During weekends and Japanese public holidays, traffic congestion and crowded attractions are unavoidable; the itinerary may be adjusted flexibly based on the situation. Please be prepared for this. To ensure safety, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the itinerary (e.g., shortening stay times or canceling certain attractions) based on actual conditions. Such adjustments shall not be grounds for refunds or complaints.
Plan B includes the orange picking entrance fee and lunch as part of a package; please note that no refunds will be provided for unused portions. (The meal is a fixed menu; if you have special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or food allergies, please note them when booking. We will try our best to assist, but cannot guarantee full compliance.)
The itinerary is for reference only. Actual arrival and stay times will be adjusted based on traffic, weather, activities, and crowd conditions; please remain flexible. When the group size is small, a small vehicle with a driver who also provides basic guidance will be used. In this case, the driver will focus on safe driving and provide only brief explanations on the vehicle, without providing guided tours upon arrival at attractions.
This is a shared tour product; you will be traveling with other passengers. We cannot accommodate requests for last-minute additions, non-scheduled stops, or specific seat/vehicle requests.
【Orchard Experience Guidelines】To maintain order and ensure a quality experience for all visitors, please adhere to the following rules: 1. Please use scissors to cut the oranges or pick them by gently twisting; do not pull the fruit to avoid damaging the trees. 2. This tour allows for unlimited orange consumption within the orchard only; taking oranges out of the orchard is strictly prohibited. 3. If you are found picking excessive amounts, leaving large quantities of uneaten fruit, or attempting to remove fruit from the premises, the orchard reserves the right to charge additional fees (fruit taken out will be charged at the on-site price, at your own expense). 4. If you are carrying a cooler box, large bag, or similar container, orchard staff may inspect it upon your departure. Thank you for your cooperation. 5. There are other citrus fruits in the orchard, but only oranges are included in the all-you-can-eat offer; please do not pick other varieties.
Vehicle Type: Assigned based on the number of passengers. For small groups, the driver will also serve as the tour assistant throughout the trip; no separate tour leader will be provided. Please be aware that you will explore the attractions on your own upon arrival.
The fireworks festival will be very crowded, so please ensure you have plenty of time for activities and do not be late. Due to the crowds, please follow the tour leader's instructions at all times. Please note that no refunds will be provided if you miss the start of the fireworks festival due to traffic delays. Although there are trash cans at the venue, the event is very crowded every year; please be sure to bring your own trash bags, tissues, and wet wipes. Please note that folding chairs, stools, and tripods are strictly prohibited in the venue. The fireworks festival is extremely crowded; please keep your valuables with you at all times. The event continues into the night and the venue may have insufficient lighting; please prepare a flashlight or other lighting equipment just in case. Umbrellas are prohibited in the venue; in case of sudden weather changes, we recommend bringing a lightweight raincoat.
The B seat viewing experience at the Toyohashi Tezutsu Fireworks Festival provides a reserved, fixed seating arrangement. This ensures a comfortable and clear view of the spectacular traditional fireworks performance, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of this unique Japanese festival. The tour includes an Omi Beef Sukiyaki lunch, which is a key culinary highlight.
