Guided tours are not provided; you are free to explore upon arrival.

Please arrive at your selected meeting point before the designated meeting time, show your KKday voucher to the on-site staff wearing KKday vests, and then board the bus.

There will be no on-site service staff for the return trip. Please remember the bus number for the day. Before the meeting point and meeting time shown in the itinerary, please find the bus for the day and board the bus. Please be punctual, as we will not wait for latecomers.

Costco requires a physical or electronic Costco membership card for entry. Please bring your own physical or electronic Costco membership card. Entry to Costco will not be permitted without a physical or electronic Costco membership card.

Costco does not offer tax-free services.

Costco membership cards issued globally can be used for entry in Japan without the need for separate membership registration.

Each Costco member can bring two companions aged 18 or older with their Costco physical or electronic membership card. This does not apply to teenagers and children aged 17 and under.

For travelers without a Costco membership card, please purchase a Costco temporary membership card. Entry requires prior registration as a Costco temporary member. Please fill in your address and contact number for your stay in Japan in the traveler information form.

To purchase a Costco temporary membership card, please go to the exit before entering the store and show your KKday voucher to the staff. Then, go to the MEMBERSHIP service center and show your KKday voucher and identification document (overseas tourists please show your passport) to the counter staff. You can then redeem the membership card and Costco One Day Pass.

Purchase a Costco temporary membership card, valid only for same-day entry to Costco.

For customers who do not have a Costco membership card but purchase a Costco temporary membership prepaid card plan, Costco will charge an additional 5% handling fee when checking out at Costco. This 5% handling fee will be settled together with the purchased goods.

The Costco prepaid card contains 2,000 yen, which can be used to offset 2,000 yen at the checkout counter or food court. For purchases exceeding 2,000 yen, you can pay with Japanese yen cash or a Mastercard. If the purchase is less than 2,000 yen, the difference will not be refunded.

Once the balance on your Costco prepaid card is used up, the Costco checkout counter will collect the card. It is recommended that you use up the remaining balance on your prepaid card.

Customers who purchase a Costco Temporary Membership Card are considered Costco members and can bring two companions aged 18 or older to enter the store. This restriction does not apply to teenagers and children aged 17 and under.

Customers who purchase a Costco temporary membership prepaid card will not be eligible for returns or refunds as Costco members.

The option to provide your own Costco membership card does not include a Costco prepaid card.

For travelers who purchase a pre-paid Costco membership card plan and forget to bring their physical or electronic Costco membership card on the day of departure, they can go to the MEMBERSHIP service center and ask the counter staff for help. They can provide the address and phone number of their registered member and show their identification document (passport or residence card) to have a temporary admission pass reissued. The temporary admission pass will be collected by the checkout counter staff after checkout.

Travelers who purchase the Costco Member Companion Program must be accompanied by a Costco member to enter Costco together.

Travelers who purchase the Costco Member Companion Program but are unable to accompany a Costco member should purchase the Costco Temporary Membership Card Program. They will not be able to enter Costco alone.

Costco Japan only accepts cash or Mastercard for payment.

At Costco, each checkout queue allows only one checkout attempt; if you need to checkout twice, you must queue again.

Costco Japan does not offer tax-free services.

Download the Mitsui Outlet Park e-coupon (voucher) and redeem it for coupons and foot patches at the Mitsui Outlet Park service counter. You can enjoy discounts at many stores in the Mitsui Outlet Park. The relevant discount rules and special offers are subject to the instructions on the coupon after redemption.

Costco is located to the right of the exit of the WEST PLAZA GATE at the Mitsui Outlet Park shopping center.

Infants aged 2 and under who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Each adult can only bring one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an adult, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section when making a reservation.

Due to road conditions and other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled on the day of the trip. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please avoid scheduling activities on the evening of the trip.

If you leave the group midway through the trip, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and you will not be entitled to any refund. You will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused as a result.

During free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. If you fail to heed this advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.

Due to limited space in the luggage storage boxes, please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board. Whether or not suitcases can be brought on board depends on on-site arrangements. If there is no space in the luggage storage boxes on-site, we regret that we cannot bring suitcases. Vehicle type used: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of passengers; vehicle type cannot be specified.

Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or older.

When using the bus for the tour, there is a possibility of sharing a seat with other members of the tour group, especially if there are many people. Please do not place personal luggage on empty seats or share a seat with other members of the tour group.

On the return trip, you may choose to get off at different locations, but you are only allowed to get off at the designated boarding location specified in the itinerary. We regret that we cannot specify another location for you to get off.

On-site service staff will only provide service upon departure in the morning. After arriving at Costco and Mitsui Outlet Park shopping centers, passengers are free to get off and shop at their own pace. As the driver will be off the bus to rest before the return meeting time, he will not be able to return to the bus midway. Please return to the bus before the return meeting time.
