- Question 1: We can provide transportation to and from your desired location, such as your accommodation, the airport, or the city center. Please feel free to contact us if you do not have a rental car.
- Question 2: If you have a preferred time other than the scheduled time, please feel free to let us know.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- ・Tours may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the tour location. Please understand this in advance. ・Tours may be canceled due to weather conditions even after booking confirmation. ・Tours may be canceled in case of rain. In that case, we will contact you. ・Please note that tours may also be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances at our facility.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ・In the event of inclement weather (rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, etc.) or if it is deemed difficult to ensure safety, the tour may be canceled or the itinerary may be changed. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the location or accommodation expenses. ・The tour may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (equipment trouble, illness, etc.). We ask for your understanding as safety and service quality are our top priorities. ・If you are participating alone, a private tour will be provided, and an additional fee will be charged in addition to the regular price. In return, you can enjoy a luxurious time where you can relax and have the scenery of Ishigaki Island all to yourself.

Regarding Clothing and Belongings: • What to Bring • Drinks (to prevent heatstroke) • Towel • Rain gear (folding umbrella, etc.) • Change of clothes as needed Please feel free to bring any props or items you'd like to use in the photoshoot (hats, sunglasses, souvenirs, etc.). For honeymoon or anniversary trips, bringing mementos will make your photos even more special. Ishigaki Island has very strong sunlight, so we recommend taking precautions against sunburn and heat. Swimsuits are also acceptable. • Recommended Clothing For better photos, we recommend lighter colors such as white, beige, or pastel colors. Dark colors may appear heavy in photos. Since beach photoshoots may take place, Sandals or water shoes are recommended. (Especially recommended for those who want water shots) Matching outfits and resort wear are also very popular. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. It's also a good idea to bring a light raincoat in case of sudden downpours.

Duration comment: 150 minutes (90 minutes of experience time). Please feel free to ask about adding spots or extending the time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
