Reminders
Free coin lockers (100 yen refundable) are available on the 8th and 45th floors of TOKYO NODE, but the number is limited. Please refrain from bringing large luggage if possible.
Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the venue.
Once you leave the premises, you will not be able to re-enter.

[For customers arriving by car]
If you are using the parking lot, please enter from the 1st floor and use the mechanical parking lot on the B3 floor.
From the parking lot, please take the "C elevator" to the 8th floor TOKYO NODE.

If you are arriving by taxi, please enter from the 1st floor and use the drop-off area.
After getting off the taxi, enter the building and take the "C elevator" to the 8th floor TOKYO NODE.

Nearest stations:
・Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line "Toranomon Hills" Station (directly connected)
・Tokyo Metro Ginza Line "Toranomon" Station (connected via underground passage)
From Hibiya Line "Toranomon Hills" Station:
・Exit the underground ticket gate and head towards Toranomon Hills Station Tower from the right-hand side, exit A2.
・Enter the building from the "OFFICE / TOKYONODE" entrance at the back right of the Station Atrium. Please take the "Shuttle Elevator" via the 7th Floor Sky Lobby to the 8th Floor TOKYO NODE (Entrance).

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
