Purchase Notice
1. The itinerary distance must be within 200-300 km or 10 hours. Additional fees will apply for overtime or excess distance, with the exact amount determined on-site.
2. If you have a large amount of luggage, please book a suitable vehicle to ensure all items can be accommodated. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred if the vehicle capacity for passengers and luggage is exceeded.
3. According to local Japanese laws and regulations, children under 6 years old must use a child safety seat. Please inform us of the number of children in advance (a child safety seat occupies approximately 1-1.5 adult seats). If the number of children exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, the driver will terminate the service without a refund.
4. Please provide your WhatsApp or WeChat ID when booking (ensure your friend request settings are enabled so our customer support can contact you). If you provide a LINE ID, we will contact you via email to request your LINE ID QR code.
5. If your pickup or drop-off location is outside the Kansai area (such as Osaka/Kyoto), please include this information in your booking notes so our customer support can make the necessary arrangements.
6. If the service cannot be provided due to special circumstances such as driver language or vehicle availability after booking, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling or canceling your order. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Departure time can be selected between 07:00 and 11:00. If you choose the latest departure time of 11:00, overtime service will not be available. The driver must finish by 20:00 at the latest. A night service fee (JPY 3,000/hour) will apply if the itinerary exceeds the maximum service time.
8. This product is a private charter service and does not include a tour guide for attraction commentary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

One child seat is provided free of charge; subsequent child seats will cost 2000 yen each. The total private charter car time is 10 hours; any overtime will incur a charge of 5000 yen per hour.
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
