- Meeting Point Notice: Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. In case of lateness or emergency, please contact your Chinese-speaking driver/guide immediately to avoid affecting the overall itinerary. Specific meeting point and location information will be sent to you via your order information before departure; please check your messages.
- Small group tour details: A group of 6 people is required for a minimum group size. The vehicle type (14-seater Hiace or 18-seater Coaster) will be arranged according to the actual number of participants to ensure a comfortable journey. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will notify you in advance to adjust the travel dates, provide a full refund, or you can choose to pay the difference to proceed with the group tour.
- Reservation Method: This product requires booking 1 day in advance. Confirmation will be completed within 1 business day after order placement. Upon successful confirmation, an electronic voucher and detailed meeting instructions will be sent. Please bring your electronic voucher (electronic or paper version is acceptable) on the day of travel.

Specific opening hours and reservation status are subject to the arrangements of local businesses.
- Friendly reminder: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sneakers for easy walking and outdoor activities. In summer, we suggest taking precautions against sunburn and bringing mosquito repellent; in spring and autumn, dress warmly and bring rain gear if necessary. Lake Shikotsu and Jozankei boast beautiful natural scenery, so we recommend bringing a camera to capture the landscape.
- Other notes: The time spent at each attraction during the itinerary is for reference only. If you are unable to return to the meeting point on time due to personal reasons, you will need to catch up with the group on your own. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
