Meeting, orientation, and changing. Once you have completed the reception by the meeting time, we will explain the tour and the changing process. After distributing the rental items, you will change in the changing rooms.

Orientation at the riverbank. After moving to the riverbank in a Rustica vehicle, we will provide safety instructions and explain how to paddle.

Rafting starts. Let's have a great time! The time spent on the river is approximately 90 minutes.

Finish. Once you reach the goal, you will be transported back to the base in a Rustica vehicle. After returning the rental equipment and changing, you will receive your photo data and hot spring admission ticket before dismissal. The total time, including changing and travel, is approximately 3 hours.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

Rafting takes place on natural rivers. If the water level rises due to heavy rain or other reasons and exceeds the designated water level before the tour, or if a warning is issued and it is expected that the water level will exceed the designated water level during the tour, the course may be changed or the tour may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, we will try to contact you the night before, but due to sudden changes in weather, etc., we may not be able to contact you until the day of the tour. We ask for your understanding in order to ensure safety. If we do not receive any contact, the tour will proceed as usual.
