The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, as well as round-trip transportation costs during the trip.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 2-5 are charged as toddlers, but do not occupy a bed in the hotel; children aged 5 and above are charged at the adult price; children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is allowed only 1 free spot and 2 child spots)

Our team calculates room rates based on combinations of double rooms (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) and Single room(1 adult / 1 adult + 1 child). If the number of people booked is incorrect, the single occupancy fee must be paid. Orders are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.

Change and Cancellation Policy: For tours of 2 days or more, cancellations are not permitted within 7 days (inclusive) of departure; cancellations within 10 days (inclusive) of departure incur a 50% cancellation fee; cancellations within 14 days (inclusive) of departure incur a 20% cancellation fee.

A minimum of 15 people are required for the group to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, our company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for, and no refunds will be given to those who are late or do not attend.

The ripeness, size, and sweetness of fruit depend on weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality, and customers cannot use the quality of the fruit as a reason for complaint.

The flowering period may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, departure will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering situation. Please be aware of this.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and guests may not claim compensation for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the restaurant is temporarily closed/fully booked or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be able to dine at another restaurant or receive a cash voucher instead.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip.

The daily schedule may be subject to adjustments based on the weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances.

We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance, and the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.

If the meeting time and location of your itinerary are changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!

Please note that in Japan, tour guides and drivers/tour leaders have different areas of responsibility.

For groups of 13 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. (The tour guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the language of the tour guide cannot be specified, please refer to the arrangements on the day.) (For groups of less than 13 people, only the driver/tour leader will accompany the group - the driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management.) ※The driver/tour leader can speak Mandarin. In case of emergency, you can seek help from the driver/tour leader.
