The travel time is estimated and may be delayed due to road conditions, etc.
Due to timetable revisions, the timetable may change. Please use the "Kitakuma Bus." Please note that we cannot compensate for any delays or missed buses due to customer circumstances.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to depart due to weather or other sea conditions, we will contact you via the mobile phone number of the customer who contacted us in advance.
If the dolphin watching tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, we will refund 2,400 yen per adult and 1,600 yen Child at a later date.
Children aged 2 to preschool age can ride the bus for free without a seat, but the dolphin watching fee of 1,000 yen must be paid on site. If you require a bus seat, please apply at the Child rate.
