- Looks just like the real thing!? A steak
- Food sample workshop tour also available
Product Info
- At 'Yamanaka no Sample-ya', you can experience making food samples using the same vinyl resin techniques currently used by professional sample makers across Japan. In this plan, you will create a steak. You can also add side dishes like broccoli and potatoes, just like the ones sold in shops. Choose between a single item or a set. The experience takes approximately 1 hour.
- Looks just like the real thing!? Create a steak
- You will create a delicious-looking steak with a realistic, juicy sear. First, you will color the steak mold. Using paint, you will add grill marks to the meat to create a sense of depth. Next, you will apply the sauce. After that, bake it in an oven for about 10 minutes to set the resin, and your restaurant-quality steak is complete! Adding side dishes will make it look even better.
- Tour the food sample workshop too
- If you wish, we also offer a guided tour where we carefully explain from scratch how food samples are made (the tour is free). Enjoy observing the various processes involved in creating different food samples. *Please contact us in advance if you would like a guided tour.
