This is a tour that takes you around the 'hidden gems' of the World Heritage site Shirakawa-go by e-bike♪ Located deep in the mountains, Shirakawa-go is a fascinating place rich in nature and varied terrain. You will ride through an elevation difference of 200m. Even in such a place, you can ride smoothly with an 'e-bike' equipped with electric assist. Our guide will take you on routes that you cannot visit during regular sightseeing. You can also enjoy cafe time within the Shirakawa-go village. There will be a lecture on how to use the e-bike at the beginning of the tour, so even those riding an e-bike for the first time can feel at ease. (* Participation in this tour is limited to those who can ride a bicycle. Thank you for your understanding.) 3 hours exploring Shirakawa-go.     Regarding the cancellation of the event:

    • In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances that make it unsafe to provide the activity, we will cancel the activity and refund the full amount. (No cancellation fee will be charged in this case.)

    Important notes regarding course participation:

    • * Unauthorized cancellations or lateness may inconvenience other customers. Please contact us in advance and arrive early. * Lateness of 15 minutes or more may be treated as a cancellation. (Please note that 100% of the fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.)

    Other special notes:

    • *Since the e-bikes (bicycles) are adult-sized, children under elementary school age cannot participate.

    • Regarding clothing and belongings: A backpack for carrying your belongings, a copy of your health insurance card.

    • Rental equipment: e-bike (including helmet and communication radio)

    • Minimum number of participants: 2

    Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
