- Question 1: If you would like to rent an action camera, please indicate the type and quantity. ・If you want to take pictures from the participant's perspective: 1 unit ・If you want to take pictures of yourself: 1 unit ・Participant's perspective & selfie set: 1 set *Please pay 3,300 yen per unit separately on the day. (1 set is 6,600 yen) *A separate recording medium card (SD card, microSD card) is required.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- *As a general rule, all programs will be held even if it rains, but they will be canceled if we deem it dangerous due to typhoons, thunderstorms, etc. *In the event of rain, there will be no cancellation fee if you contact us by phone before the program starts. *There will be no cancellation fee if you postpone the program within one month of the scheduled date.

・By car:
From the Chuo Expressway Kawaguchiko IC, take Route 139 towards Lake Motosu.
Turn right at Higashikoiji intersection, cross the Kawaguchiko Bridge, turn left along the service road just before the second traffic light, and continue straight.
Turn left at the first traffic light, follow the road, go through the tunnel, and the hotel is 400m ahead on the right.
・By train:
From Kawaguchiko Station ⇒ Take the sightseeing bus (Retro Bus or Omnibus) ⇒ Approximately 26 minutes ⇒ Get off at Kitahamaso-mae ⇒ Walk 1 minute back in the opposite direction.
・By other means of transportation:
Pickup service is available from Kawaguchiko Station, but is not available during peak periods such as holidays.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
