Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Please enter the shoe sizes of all participants.
- Question 2: Please fill in your accommodation or desired pick-up location the day before, and your accommodation or desired drop-off location on the day.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- In the event of a cancellation due to weather, etc., we will generally contact you by 8pm the night before. If the weather suddenly changes late at night, we will contact you by 8am on the day. *In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. *Please note that if the tour is cancelled after it has started, no refunds will be given.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Unless the guide deems it dangerous, the tour will be held even in rainy weather. Please note that if you are late or cancel for personal reasons (such as illness, an emergency, oversleeping, going to the wrong port, not wanting to go because it's raining, etc.), a cancellation fee will be charged.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of each plan.
・Meeting place:
If you are traveling on a day trip from Ishigaki, board the boat bound for Uehara.
We will be waiting at Uehara Port holding a sign that says "Iriomote Jungle Exploration Team."
Guests staying overnight in Iriomote will be picked up from their accommodation.

・For those arriving by car:
Please arrive at Uehara Port on Iriomote Island around 9:00 AM and wait in front of the TV in the terminal.
・For those arriving by other means:
For day trippers from Ishigaki, please board the boat bound for Uehara.
We will be waiting at Uehara Port holding an "Iriomote Jungle Exploration Team" sign. Guests staying overnight on Iriomote Island will be picked up at their accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
