1. Duration: 5-8 hours

2. Driver Language: Japanese (Chinese translation assistance is available for phone communication with the driver; translation apps are sufficient for general communication)

3. Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the time will still be counted from the agreed start time, so please plan your schedule accordingly!

4. Departure/End Location: Generally at the cruise terminal or your hotel/B&B, but other locations can be specified upon request.

5. Service Hours: 08:00 - 20:00

6. Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas.

• If the actual usage exceeds the service time, the fee is 5,000 yen/hour for 5 seats and 8,000 yen/hour for 10 seats. Please pay the driver before getting off the vehicle. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of getting off at the end of the trip.

• If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.

• Customized (customized itinerary) travelers please note: For trips to Tamatorisaki, a minimum of 6 hours of private charter car is required; for trips to Hirakubosaki, a minimum of 7 hours of private charter car is required.

Overtime fees (please inform us in advance if you need to exceed the time limit; if you need to exceed the time limit on the same day, you need the driver's consent).

Reminders

  • If you are unable to travel due to force majeure events such as flight/cruise ship cancellations, severe weather (or travel restrictions issued by the transportation bureau), please contact customer service and provide relevant proof. We will then process a full refund for you.

  • Vehicles on the island do not provide child seats, and there are no mandatory regulations for child seats in commercial vehicles, so children can ride normally.

  • The day before departure, after-sales customer service will send driver and vehicle information to the customer in the established after-sales group. The driver will wait for the customer at the designated pick-up location at the specified time.

  • Please try not to eat inside the vehicle during your journey. If you must eat, please do not eat any food scraps and take your trash off the vehicle. If you accidentally cause pollution inside the vehicle, you will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.

  • Passengers prone to motion sickness should prepare motion sickness medication or vomit bags in advance. If the vehicle interior is accidentally contaminated, the passenger will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.

  • If you are unsure how to use the vehicle's features, such as the power doors, you can ask the driver in advance to avoid any potential loss.

  • If you are stopped at a location where Japanese traffic regulations prohibit parking, please cooperate with the driver and park in a suitable nearby location.

  • Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not compensate for any damage.

  • Once ordered, the pick-up location and time cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, please apply for cancellation within the free cancellation period and then reorder.

  • This product does not offer pet-friendly services.
